I'd not managed to take a class 31 from this Footbridge just South of Trowell Jn when 31's were in normal BR/EWS service, so that was put right today when 31454 was photographed passing
with 6Z59 1202 Shirebrook WH Davies works-Derby. The late running of the train allowing the cloud to burn off and the sun angle make this location possible. The train then went forward from Derby with 57310 to Carlisle. |
